Transfer requests are to be submitted online via the Data Service Center web application menu. Requests may be submitted from Monday, February 27, 2017, through Friday, March 31, 2017, at 4:00pm. The list of vacancies will be available after March 15, on the intranet.
To submit a request, click on the Web Applications link on the Data Service Center website. Login with your normal username and password; “HR-Employee Transfer Request" should appear under your list of available applications. Click on this application and the on-line transfer request form will appear on your screen. The Teacher Information area of this form is pre-filled with information from the PHRST system. If any of this information is incorrect, please contact Human Resources. Complete the form and click the "Submit Transfer Request" button. A confirmation page will appear.
You may modify your request, by accessing "Teacher Transfer Request" at any time prior to the March deadline. Your request form will automatically be presented to you for updating.
Teachers who have a temporary contract or hired after July 1, are not eligible to request a transfer. If you are unassigned and unable to complete the transfer form on-line please contact for a hard copy of the form.

Educators must be fully certified and highly qualified in the subject area in which they wish to transfer.
The district reserves the right not to fill posted positions. You can check your teacher quality status in DEEDS.
