Happy Thanksgiving Red Clay School Community!

As we enter this season of Thanksgiving, I wanted to send each of you a sincere message of gratitude and my heartfelt wishes for a happy and safe holiday celebration with your loved ones. On behalf of our Board of Education and district leaders, it is my privilege to share our appreciation for the continued, unwavering dedication of our school administrators, teachers, staff, parents, and guardians.

Your commitment to our students, the spirit of cooperation, and your support enable us to persevere through our shared educational mission as a community. Understanding we do not always get it right, I am thankful that we are a community that continually strives to promote supportive and safe learning environments for all our students throughout Red Clay. We are a student-centered school district, and with that in mind, I would like to encourage all of us to celebrate the students in our lives this Thanksgiving season.

So, no matter the celebrations, please help us acknowledge and encourage all by giving thanks for the Amazing Place, which is Red Clay. Share a positive message of hope, and let us continue advocating for the well-being of each member of our community!

As you enjoy the time with family, we also want to share that the Red Clay Consolidated School District (RCCSD) is developing a new strategic plan, and we are seeking the input of our students, parents, and staff. We want your feedback on the district’s current performance in several areas and want to know where you think the district should prioritize resources moving forward. Your responses will help us better understand the needs of our community, so we can best serve you. Please take time to complete the Strategic Plan Community Survey, as it remains open through December 9, 2022.

Thank you for your input and continued support of the Red Clay Consolidated School District.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

    Sincerely,

    Superintendent Green
