    Academic World Quest 2018 is a sponsored by the World Affairs Council of Wilmington and is a quiz style competition focusing on global issues. Here are some important details regarding the competition:

     

    What? Academic World Quest 2018

    When? Saturday, February 3, 2018

    Where? Trabant Hall, University of Delaware

    Who? High school students in teams of four (I can field as many teams as I’m able)

    Regular meeting times will be 2:45 to 4:15

     

    *The winner of the February 3 competition will be invited to compete in the national competition.

     

    Boldface: an unrelated competition, but something you might want to do as well.

     

    Students who would like to participate must attend a minimum of 5 of the weekly meetings including the final meeting (Feb. 1). I will create the team based on the number of eligible students. An overflow of one or two participants will be considered alternates. If there is an overflow of three, then we will create an additional team. The final teams will be set on the last practice meeting (Feb. 1).
