Screening of students

All students at Forest Oak have had vision and hearing screening.  If your child failed the vison or hearing screening, a letter was sent home in your child's bookbag and also mailed home.  Please make an appointment for your child with your eye doctor or pediatrician as soon as possible. Children with uncorrected hearing and vision problems, will have more difficulty learning.  If possible, two pairs of glasses one for school and one for home is preferred.  If you need assistance please contact me at 454-3417.

Food Allergy Notice

A reminder per district policy that all food bought into the school from home must be store bought and NOT HOMEMADE. Per Forest Oak policy, there will be no birthday parties celebrated in the classroom. Teachers will use their discretion in how they will recognize a student's birthday.
