BSS Hispanic Heritage Museum

This year our 5th graders participated in the BSS Hispanic Heritage Museum, that celebrated the contributions famous Hispanic women and men have had on our world. During the first months of Spanish class, students researched famous athletes, scientists, artists, musicians, and activists; anyone that inspired them. On their museum day, our 5th grade "statues" came alive and pretended they were this person, as visitors learned of their great accomplishments.  It was a success! Our 5th graders did a great job of highlighting the lives of famous Hispanics people to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.
