  • Was your panel powered down all summer? You might need to force an iQ update: From your iQ home screen, tap on the Settings (gear icon) in the bottom left corner. Scroll down the left menu and tap Software Update. Tap on “Check for Updates Now” and then follow the on-screen prompts to allow downloading and installing of the update.
