Dr. Alyce Rouse

  • Dr. Alyce Rouse is an Assistant Principal at our EYP @ Warner site. Originally from the Bronx, NY, Dr. Rouse served as a Speech Pathologist for the NYC Department of Education for over 20 years and held a variety of leadership positions across several districts. Her experiences include working as an Educational Administrator for the Committee on Preschool Special Education in a Brooklyn district and serving as a Speech Supervisor in a Bronx district, where she supported the growth and development of both students and Speech Pathologists. Dr. Rouse moved to Delaware in 2019 and now lives in Townsend with her husband, three boys, and their beloved fur baby. She is proud to be part of the EYP family and looks forward to supporting the students and teachers throughout the school year.

Shanique Royce

  • Shanique Royce is the Assistant Principal at our EYP @ Early Learning Center site. Shanique joined the #pandapac in 2022. Shanique has worked in various special education roles since the start of her education career.  Her mission is to continue to support staff, students, and families. She is very proud to be a part of the Panda Pac, and it warms her heart to watch our youngest pandas flourish. Shanique is originally from Philadelphia, PA, the city of Brotherly Love. However, she has resided in Wilmington, DE, for eleven years with her adult son and dog. When Shanique is not working she enjoys volunteering, practicing yoga, swimming, traveling, or shopping. 

Helena Brady

  • Helena Brady is our Assistant Principal at EYP @  Richardson Park site. Helena has worked in special education since 2009. She began her career as a teacher at the Richardson Park Learning Center and EYP,   then as a special education coordinator & Birth to Three coordinator before becoming an assistant principal. Helena lives in Wilmington with her husband and enjoys having her grown children, their spouses, and her granddaughter home for Sunday dinners. Helena is passionate about supporting our staff, preschoolers and their families.
