As you may have heard, the DIAA Board of Directors voted to allow Fall sports to begin in a few weeks. While this decision requires support from the Department of Education (vote is this week), along with allowances from Red Clay, all signs indicate student-athletes will be permitted to play. There is much work to be done but we need to start with ensuring our students are cleared to play. Therefore, we are asking parents and guardians to take the necessary steps in preparing your students to play.
If you are interested in participating in athletics this Fall, there are two things you need to do:
Register on Family ID
The link to register is at the top of the TigersSports.com homepage.
Complete a physical examination on the approved DIAA forms (See below for information from the Wellness Center).
Forms are available on the Family ID landing page, or the AD Messages tab on TigersSports.com
Physicals should be uploaded to Family ID in pdf format
The Wellness Center is also performing exams at school. Call 302-651-2640 to schedule an appointment.
