Red Clay Early Years Program

The Red Clay Early Years Program offers an inclusive and highly engaging preschool experience for children ages 3 and 4.

With convenient locations across Red Clay, our Early Years Program classrooms encourage children to learn and grow through intentional play, use of language, and a focus on students’ cognitive, physical and social-emotional development.

Community peers are general education preschool students who learn alongside students with special education needs.

Options

• Half-Day Morning Program for 3-Year-Olds (9:00 AM to 11:30 AM): $200 per month
• Half-Day Afternoon Program for 3-Year-Olds (1:00 PM to 3:30PM)  $175 per month
• Full-Day Program for 4-Year-Olds (9:00 AM to 3:30): $400 per month

• Richardson Park Elementary School (16 Idella Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19804)
• Warner Elementary School (801 W 18th Street, Wilmington, DE 19802)

Transportation must be provided by the family.

How to Apply

• Complete the 2024-25 Red Clay Early Years Program School Choice Application for Community Peers by April 26^th.
• Families will be notified of invitations to participate by May 31^st.

Eligibility

• The Red Clay Early Years Program is open to children who reside in the Red Clay Consolidated School District and children of Red Clay employees.
